Bought an Item on the Steam Market but It's Not in TBH? Check the Mailbox

Problem: An item you bought on the Steam Community Market, or a listing you canceled, did not appear in your in-game bag.

Steps

1. Open the in-game mailbox, usually at the top of the screen.
2. Wait about ten seconds for the server to sync the item.
3. Click receive to pull the item into your inventory.
4. Note: anything from the market carries a seven-day trade cooldown before you can resell it.
