Hell 1-10 Throne of Darkness pushes the Skeleton King rewards to 51408 EXP and 74050 gold per clear while keeping the same boss whose HP is capped at 2350. That cap is the whole appeal: the payout jumps but the difficulty barely does, so this remains one of the most efficient repeatable kills in Act 1. The Speed Farmer comp of Priest, Ranger and Sorcerer melts him quickly, which is what matters since clears per hour beat raw difficulty. Keep a Soul Stone ready, spent only when you win.
